Streamlined systems (for your podcast, business, tech) that enable spacious lives for busy solopreneurs — so you can make great content, spend time with your kids, or just relax.
Hey Reader, It was my son Louie’s birthday, and he wanted to go to the zoo. This was unexpected. The zoo trip — not the birthday. It was a Friday, and I was working. But as my family got ready, I made a crucial decision. I went to the zoo with my family to celebrate my son’s birthday. 4 years ago, I wouldn’t have been able to do this. I was stressed. I was overwhelmed. I was doing everything myself. The thought of missing work would have ruined my weekend because nothing was getting done. No following up with sponsors. No new podcast episodes. No client work. But today, that’s not the case. Why? Because I put systems in place. When a potential client fills out my form, they are given the next steps instead of me having to intervene. When I’m done recording a podcast episode, my editor and VA take it over, so there are always episodes in the pipeline. And when I do have to intervene — like by scheduling a call or sending more information — it’s a light touch. That means I have more space to do more in a day. Because let’s face it — we didn’t start businesses to be chained to our desks. We did it for freedom. But you can’t have freedom unless you put the right systems in place. A favorite system of mine is the one I use to manage and automate my podcast. I call it Podcast Navigator, and it includes a launch blueprint, plus ways to manage episodes, ideas, potential guests, sponsors, and the publishing schedule. And next week — on November 7th, at 1:30pm ET, I’m hosting a free webinar on exactly how it works and how you could build one yourself. You'll learn how to build the perfect podcast system by:
I'll walk you through the exact system I use to run 3 podcasts and generate tens of thousands of downloads, and dollars, each year. Who Should Attend?
